I decided to give myself a much needed treat by organising a trip with my partner to Thailand which included a visit to Phuket and Bangkok. Since I was at Bangkok, I might as well stay in one of the top hotels. Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 Hotel was my first choice for the location, good price and it was connected to one of my favourite malls, Terminal 21. At that time the world was still recovering from the pandemic and I was fortunate to find some good deals and this was one of them. So without further ado, let's begin this hotel review. Hope you have found my hotel reviews useful so for and of course if you have questions, do feel free to post them below the review posts or find me on twitter/X @ Charles787dash10.

Location of the hotel
Travelling in Bangkok is quite easy especially if you are coming from BKK (Suvarnabhumi Airport). You can take the Airport Rail Link from the airport station (A1) to Makkasan (A6) and walk about 4 minutes from this station to the Phetchaburi Station (B21) - blue line to the next stop (B22 - Sukhumvit). The direction of the blue line train should be heading towards Lak Song (B38) and Tha Phra (B01) stations.
Address of the hotel: 2 Soi Sukumvit 19, Khlong Toei Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand

If you are travelling from DMK Airport, you are pleased to know that since August 2022, the red line train system now connects this secondary airport to the city area. You can take the train from Don Meaung RN8 station to Krung Thep Aphiwat (RN1) station and change for the blue line at Bang Su Station (BL11). Both Krung Thep Aphiwat and Bang Su stations are connected to each other. From the Bang Su station, take the train to Sukhumvit (BL22).

I certainly enjoyed my stay in this 5-star hotel.
There is a mini kitchen in this room and you can do some light cooking over here.

Although the room was not big, it was cozy. Nice to enjoy the view after wake up and before sleeping.
The toilet consists of a shower, a bathtub, a toilet bowl and a sink.
Another view of the working table.
Another view of the living room.
What do you think of the suite?
Spectacular view and it's even better at night.

Most of the buildings are not as tall as ours.
I highly recommend one of the Thai restaurants at the Terminal 21 shopping mall, it is really good.
The restaurant's name is Savoey.

My thoughts
Travelling from the airport to the hotel by train and vice versa is the most affordable way and convenient provided you travel light. I find the location to be convenient as I was able to access to other parts of the city easily with the BTS and MRT train system. For the room, it was what I expected, big and spacious with amenities similar to an apartment. With the room being taken care by the cleaners (thanks to them for doing a great job maintaining the room), it was great to enjoy the room and the most important thing is looking forward returning to the room at the end of the day. I find the bed to be comfortable and the ambiance to be top notch and I certainly recommend this hotel.
Thanks for reading and have a good one!
Charles
